ARM announces changes to the Board of Directors

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby given of Mr Mangisi Gule’s retirement as ARM’s Executive Director: Corporate Affairs with effect from 30 June 2013.
Mr Gule will remain on the ARM Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2013.
Mr Dan Simelane, the Chief Executive of ARM Copper, has been appointed as an Executive Director of ARM with effect from 1 July 2013.
