Retirement of group company secretary

African Rainbow Minerals Limited (“ARM”) (JSE : “ARI” LSE : “AGM”) today announced that in compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange, South Africa, we hereby advise that Mr RH Phillips retires as the Group company secretary of ARM with effect from close of business on 30 June 2005.
