African Rainbow Minerals Limited announces a change to the Board of Directors and executive management.

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby given that with effect from 6 February 2015, Mr Daniel Vusimusi Simelane has resigned as the Chief Executive of ARM Copper and an Executive Director of the Company, to pursue other interests.
Mr Thando Mkatshana, who currently is the Chief Executive of ARM Coal, has been appointed as the Chief Executive of ARM Copper and an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 7 February 2015. Mr Mkatshana will also continue as the Chief Executive of ARM Coal.
