African Rainbow Minerals Limited announces a change to the executive responsibilities of a Director

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby given that with effect from 14 February 2017, Mr Thando Mkatshana, an Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive of ARM Platinum, and Mr Francois Uys has been appointed as Chief Executive of ARM Copper and ARM Coal. Mr Mkatshana remains an Executive Director of the Company.
