Avmin – resignation of director

Mr. Roy Oron, a non-executive director of Anglovaal Mining Limited (Avmin) has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect, due to his various external commitments.
Avmin Chairman, Mr. Rick Menell, expressed his thanks on behalf of the members of the Board to Mr. Oron for his efforts and commitment to Avmin.
