Department of Minerals and Energy issues Two Rivers Mining

Two Rivers Platinum (Pty) Limited (Two Rivers) is pleased to announce that The Department of Minerals and Energy has issued the company with a mining licence.

Two Rivers is located on the eastern limb of the Bushveld complex, near the town of Lydenburg in Mpumalanga.

Two Rivers is jointly owned by Anglovaal Mining with 41,25 per cent, Impala Platinum with 33,75 per cent and the TISO Capital (Pty) Limited consortium with 25 per cent.

Anticipated production: 200 000 ounces of platinum group metals a year
Life expectancy: approximately 20 years
Capital expenditure: approximately R1 billion excluding interest on loans
