Frank Abbott appointed by Harmony as financial director for Interim period

African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) shareholders are hereby referred to the announcement released by Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) earlier today.

Frank Abbott, currently the Financial Director of ARM has been appointed by Harmony as Interim Financial Director for a period of six months, with immediate effect.

Mike Arnold, the current Executive: Finance at ARM will fulfill the role of acting Chief Financial Officer at ARM during this period.
