TEAL announces resignation of Mr. Frank Abbott

Please refer to the TEAL press release below. ARM has replaced Frank Abbott, the ARM Financial Director on secondment to Harmony, with Mike Arnold, ARM Chief Financial Officer, effective 1st July 2008.

TEAL Exploration & Mining Incorporated (JSE-“TEL”) (“TEAL”) announces that Mr. Frank Abbott has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr Frank Abbott, the Financial Director of African Rainbow Minerals Limited (“ARM”) and currently the Interim Financial Director of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, has resigned from the TEAL Board of Directors effective 1st July 2008. He will be replaced by Mr. Mike Arnold, Chief Financial Officer of ARM on the TEAL Board of Directors.
